Community Impact
In FY 2021/2022, approximately 350 volunteer medical providers ensured that individuals enrolled in CFHN had access to 9,243 medical/dental visits, 468 mental health visits, 1,884 specialty care referrals, 35,274 prescription services and 1,824 lab and diagnostic tests.

Specialty Care Network
Our network of specialty care providers is made up of 60 practices or individuals who provide their services to our members pro bono. Our specialty care network provided over 5,307 visits in 2021. Based on The Duke Endowment data summary for 2021, the value of the medical care provided by our specialty care network equaled $981,795.
