How to Apply for Cape Fear HealthNet

How Do I Know if I Might Be Eligible?

Cape Fear HealthNet currently serves uninsured residents of  Brunswick, New Hanover, Columbus and Pender counties with incomes below certain guidelines.  For quick reference you can check the chart below for income limits.  Find the number of people in your household and then see if your income is equal to or below the limit shown.  Understanding whose income to count and what income to count can be confusing, so it’s best to check with a  Cape Fear HealthNet Enrollment and Eligibility Specialist about your possible eligibility.  Our Enrollment and Eligibility Specialists will make the application process as simple as possible.
